Jack Ross's Saint Pat's Reflection
I had one of the best school years in St Patrick School. One of my most favorite events was Basket Bonanza. Basket Bonanza is a event when you buy tickets and put them in buckets for different items. My favorite school event was May 4th. May 4th is Star Wars day and during May 4th there are different stations. There was a jedi training obstacle course, also a flight training which you build a paper airplane and they measure the distance. The last station was a lightsaber building! My favorite sport was basketball. In basketball we went up against a lot of good teams. My most favorite after school club was newspaper. Newspaper is a club that you choose a topic you want to write about and it has to be done by a certain date. When you finish your article you hand it to the teacher and they post it on the newspaper website. In my opinion, I think St Patrick school is the best .

Lily Bogardus's Personal Reflection
I think St.Patrick School is the best school ever! You should really try it. We do all sorts of fun things, like go to Trenton, our state capital. We also have a basketball team, a girls team and a boys team. On May 4th we do fun Star Wars related things. We do it because “May the 4th be with you.” Grades 1th to 3th go to the zoo. We also have a summer camp! St. Patrick's really is the best school ever.

Sabrina and Maya's Reflection
We think St. Patrick is the best school in the world. We like St. Pat’s because the teachers give us a great learning experience and teach us so much! We are so happy and grateful for the teachers at St. Patrick School! We also love our school because we can participate in after school activities. Some activities after school are Fashion First, homework club, newspaper club (our favorite!), and sports teams.
In Fashion First, students design and create their own clothing such as shirts, skirts, sweaters, jackets, jumpsuits, dresses, and pajamas. They also make clothes and other things such as pillows and hats to give to charity. In homework club, students will be able to do there homework with assistance from the teachers. This is a perfect opportunity to get help!
In Newspaper Club, we learn how to write and edit articles and publish them on the Newspaper website. This club is so awesome because you can create your own articles and share them with the St. Patrick community!
The school has fun sports such as basketball, volleyball, track, and cross country. The school also has fun, educational clubs that allow students at St. Patrick to develop many different skills.
Those are all the fun reasons that we think St. Patrick School is the best school in the world! It has great teachers that teach us so much! We also love St. Patrick School because it has great clubs such as Fashion First, Homework Club, Newspaper Club, and Sports Clubs. This is why we think St. Patrick School is the best school in the world!

Marko Kvesic's Saint Patrick Reflection
This past year I really enjoyed my time at SPS! I enjoyed 4th grade because we got to on field trips, do fun activities, and make cards for the homebound, just to name a few things. I also really enjoyed Lego robotics because Ms. Maggio lets us build whatever we want. Also, this year I got to join band and I got pick my favorite instrument which was the saxophone. I think SPS is different from other schools because they let the students make choices which is something that helps us prepare for the future.

Our Fantastic Fourth Grade Trip
On October 26, 2018 the fourth and fifth grade took a trip to Trenton. We all went to the Capitol and saw the rotunda outside. We went to learn about their government of New Jersey. We had lunch at the planetarium. That was not all they visited they also went to a museum and went to the shop and the planetarium and we learned black holes and all the constellations. I thought it was one of the best trips we ever had. We should do this more often! I think the next grade should do this.

TD Brody's Reflection on St. Pats.
I have had a great experience at St. Patrick School. I’ve been here for five years and have loved it every year. I’ve learned a lot here. A few things I have liked through the years I have been here, are: I have liked the field trips, assemblies, and school events. I have enjoy the clubs and afterschool activities. I have also liked band. In 3rd grade you can do recorders and in 4th-8th you can join the band and choose instrument.
At St. Patricks I have learned a lot. I have learned about reading, social studies, language arts, math, religion, science, and spanish. We also have music class and a christmas and spring concert. You can be part of the student council. I love this school and I will be sad when I leave.

Kevin Giblin's St. Pat's Reflection
St. Pat´s means a lot to me, because it's a wonderful school in every way imaginable. Everyone there is incredibly kind, and we get a very good education. There are certain things that I enjoy about St. Patrick School in particular. Recently, we had the band concert (I won the symphony award there!), and the day after, the middle school went to see symphony in New York! Speaking of band, the band will also go to Pennsylvania to play at a festival, then afterwards, goes to Dorney Park! I also enjoyed both forensics competitions, and I was a finalist during the spring competition! Also, there is the newspaper club, where we write articles, which is actually really fun. Recently, there was Star Wars day, where we made LED lights lightsabers, made paper airplanes, and did the obstacle course. The sixth grade boys had a blast in basketball, which was a very fun season. I enjoyed cross country and track is awesome, too.
In first grade, I remember a lot of things, surprisingly. I remember when we were read stories, having recess in the playground (then, the slide seemed humongous!), and something that I really took for granted, nap time. Man, I really wish we still had nap time. I absolutely LOVED kindergarten. I was so excited that we had desks, folders, and oddly enough, homework. I still, to this day, don’t understand why I wanted homework so badly. 1st grade was awesome. I remember still liking work (what’s up with that!?) and learning a lot. And when I say a lot, I mean A LOT. At the end of the year, we even got to learn multiplication, which at first made absolutely no sense, but then it made sense. Also, I started drawing and writing mini-stories all the time.
I don’t really remember 2nd grade that well, but I do know I finally stopped liking homework…sort of. In 3rd grade, I liked it again. I remember 3rd grade being really fun, because work was sort of easy. In 4th grade, I oddly enjoyed the timed multiplication tests and the “reading cafe” that we would have every once in a while. If you don’t know what the reading cafe is, what would happen is that we would bring a chapter book to class, obviously read it, but while we read, there were snacks that you could go up and get. The reading cafe was in total silence, and it was like that for the whole class. Sadly, those were only rare occasions.
One thing that was fun during 5th grade was that, during religion class, we would raise money. If you’re wondering what we raised money for, it was for supplies for rosaries. Yes, we made rosaries! Making the rosaries were really fun, and I don’t think I made too many (I was pretty slow at making them), But I think that we had enough to donate to a school with kids who didn’t have rosaries. Also, we finally got little buddies! 6th grade, which I currently am in, is pretty fun. I enjoyed the Symphony field trip, the band concert, and I will probably enjoy the Dorney Park trip (as of the time that I wrote this, we haven’t gone to the music festival yet). One thing that, for some reason, sticks in my head was when we made slime in science.
If you haven’t noticed yet, I really, really enjoy St. Pat’s. It’s incredibly fun, while at the same time, is very educational. I can’t wait to experience 7th and 8th grade. St. Patrick is like a home, and everyone there is friendly. There is not a single school I would rather be in, and I can’t wait for the coming years.
